I made this tag using the beautiful kit by Savage Dezines.
The name of this kit is Hollow Dreams. It has 95 elements, 6 frames, and 15 papers so there's a lot that can be used for so many different tags. The colors, green and black, are perfect for this gothic/halloween themed tag. There is also a beautiful tube by Alehandra Vanhek that matches perfectly.
