I made this tag using the beautiful scrap kit by Crystals Creations called Summer Sunflower.

The colors are yellow and brown just like the sunflower. This is a very summery kit and it is a perfect way to warm up after a very cold winter. There are 60 elements including a tube and 2 frames as well as 20 papers.
